Sunny and warm, temps rising from the mid-30s around 7 to the mid-40s. Got up after flying back last night for the first Masters race of the year, a PSL on Chute.

Sets were fun—quicker (19 gates), with rhythm changes. Overall, I skied ok—clean, but a bit sluggish. Not enough proactive movement to the new ski to take it down the hill. Still, ended up 4th, behind two college kids and Noel. About 0.5 off the podium. Kinda annoying, but it says good things about my skiing I think.
